Abstract

The β2-adrenergic receptor is the most common adrenergic receptor in the lung, and associations between ADRB2 polymorphisms and intermediate phenotypes of asthma have been reported. The total number of SNPs in the ADRB2 gene was analyzed. According to the SNP profile. Using Modeller 9V2 software ADRB2 was modeled. Docking studies were performed with the available candidate drugs with the help of Autodock. The application of pharmacogenomics approach to Asthma will be essential for understanding the preventive mechanisms and could lead to individualized drug therapies in future.

Keywords
